I like how you don't "sugarcoat" the places that you drive through. You tell us the pros and cons and keep it real. You ain't wearing any rose-colored glasses and you don't film with a rose-colored lens. Thank you for that!
I could see myself living in this town for $200 per month .That would free up a lot of money so that I could travel around Mexico and other parts of the world. I have seen worse places in the united states and going for more than $1000 per month.
That's what i'm talking about. We placed a family in a spot for $495/mo because they wanted the cheaper option to travel all over the world. When your rent is $495/mo, you got options :)
Farmacia Similares is the cheap price RX chain in Mexico. Where we are you pay more, even at cheap Similares in a town with more expats, then one town over with very little expats will be waaay cheaper. It’s worth driving 15 minutes more, for us. The savings are that significant.
Mérida resident here. 👋🏾 I do not advise this neighborhood for single women. Kanasin does have its issues. Volunteering in this area has helped me determine that I as a single, foreign woman, would not want to stay here.
Some places have bad thiefs or whatever but in a lot of places they won't rob their neighbors they go somewhere else and surprisingly they help people in their neighborhood. Now it's not everywhere but you won't see that here in USA.
Happy new year to you and your family Cartess.i enjoy all your videos as you show a complete picture and many options! This one was very interesting too So .the margaritas are good? I like how you indicate whether you need a car or not. Thanks for all you do I live in Chapala but definitely want to check out all areas near Merida!
Thanks for watching... Everyone's needs are different. This place is great for some, while being not so great for others. Just like in the States, we can choose where to live
They definitely have some nicer looking parts as well... This was the area i just happened to have been in. I was there buying these jumbo shrimps from this lady: ruclips.net/user/shorts57LLntzdy_8?feature=share
If you want good food, this is the neighborhood! Omg 😲 home od the panucho, but these food stalls there are good! Way better than anything in the gastronomía district 😂
❤ I agree with him everything is not for everybody but if you could move here and find Financial Freedom and purchase you a home and live a good life and eat good food and have good weather get that $200 air conditioner you may be okay and if you're a female make sure you have your significant other with you another lady mentioned that is not safe for a single females I tend to believe that in all location single females must be careful

Appreciate that and i appreciate you watching ...

Do you feel comfortable explaining a bit more?
Were men hitting on you all the time or what? What specifically are your reasons?

I’ve never been down that far south. Thanks for showing us. 👍🏾
Thanks for watching
Lived in Kanasin for a year and loved it!
What was your experience like...
Oh, Cartess; the private jet rid you and guys took. Wow that was awesome
Wow! 😮 I dont know!!! It looks pretty run down.
They definitely have some nicer looking parts as well... This was the area i just happened to have been in. I was there buying these jumbo shrimps from this lady: ruclips.net/user/shorts57LLntzdy_8?feature=share
@ - Shrimps…Yummy!!!
Hola Cartess: you always keep bringing it and you have boots on ground. Prices there will be doubled here in the states. I thank you
If you want good food, this is the neighborhood! Omg 😲 home od the panucho, but these food stalls there are good! Way better than anything in the gastronomía district 😂
Agreed. And the price is justtttt right!!!
Re. Medication do you need prescriptions from the US before going or will they fill the prescription if you know it.

I need a quality gym/exercise park nearby.
Hi Mr Cortez how far do you live from Ensenada
Whew... I don't know. It would definitely require a plane ride or a few days of driving
I pay $1200/month in Merida so I could use it lol
seems ok
$200 per month but you need to show $4400 per month as monthly income lol
No, you don't! Didn't you watch Cartess' video about the RNE program? 😉
Looks 1,000,000.00 times better and cleaner than most parts of Los Angeles. FACTS!!!
well if you can show $4400 you should have no problem paying $200 per month
There are other workarounds...
Do the houses come with or without roaches? Lol love your channel but this place looks like ww3.
Even the new houses come with roaches, tarantulas, geckos, mosquitos, LOL
@@MoveAbroadandThrive Thanks for all you do. If things work out and Yucatan is a possibility, I’ll get in touch for a consult. 💯✅
@@dm5tv56 Muchas gracias.
@@dm5tv56 I live in an apartament with no roaches. I pay $1200/month.
Is this a joke 😂
No reality! Not for the Boojee at heart!
