I wish I could hit the like button 100 times! My buddy and me took the leap from the company we were working for. I was the tech he was the sales. Big mistake! We were eating noodles for months. I lost weight and looked great but that is not the point of going into business. LOL

Sorry. Sometimes you have to do what you gotta do. However with taxes and regulations in the state of California, it is a tough place to start and grow a company. In my opinion, after running a company in California for over 30 years, I believe you stand a better chance of being successful in a state that is business friendly. I wish you luck and success. It is possible, but it's more difficult.
