    Why some actors/actresses are considered an outsider even if they made it into the industry successfully ? I don't think there should be a term called 'outsider' after they have achieved er'thing they belong there. The logic is simple someone comes in the industry ,gives exceptional performance and they are a part of the industry . Bollywood isn't owned by anyone no matter how influential they are . This thing will never sit right with me .

    You make a lot of good points but I have to disagree about the accent thing. I'm from Kolkata and I also went to a posh private school, was born and brought up in an English speaking environment and even at home my mom encouraged me to speak in English simply because it would help me communicate better in school. But I am fluent in Bengali and Hindi and don't speak with an accent. My school friends and I are just as privileged as these rich star kids in terms of education, in fact maybe some of us are even more talented or intelligent. None of us have this weird accent and those who do, let me just say it is nothing but pretentiousness that I have often seen in wealthy, spoiled kids. The accent has nothing to do with their school or education, this is a big misconception. They are just pretentious and spoilt since childhood, that's it.

    • @purple9713
      @purple9713 3 года назад +76

      South Bombay ka environment south Bombay mei baith ke hi pata chalta hai.I'm from Kolkata too n I studied in an English medium school as well. I had a few of friends n classmates from UP n bihar n the way they used to speak Hindi was slightly different. As someone who cudnt speak more than 4 words in hindi,through regular interactions wid them not only did I become fluent in hindi i unknowingly adapted their accent as well in just about a year.My point is if u hear your friends n companions speak n evryone around u speak in a certain accent you're bound to pick it up.Your school,the kind of environment you're in n your childhood shapes up ur vocabulary quite a lot.The accent is not becos they studied in an English medium school it's becos they studied in South Bombay ka English medium.So the point she made in the video was absolutely valid

A lot of us are insecure about our English. One word we pronounce wrong, we were bullied. In my school we had English, Hindi and Marathi. I don't remember Marathi, but we're fluent in English and Hindi. Also, why are we upper middle class? Because both our parents work, where as in a lot of other families only the father works. Bro just imagine your dad in in bollywood and you also dream to be an actor, but you don't have that much acting skills,,,,but if you get chance you will never gonna say"" ohhho I don't know acting that much , I dont want to do this movie, please find someone more talented""" noooo! So stop hating her it's normal even you are gonna do the same...their parents belong to bollywood.
    And talking about outsider,yes they deserve justice but we should not hate other star kids.
    Can you make a video of "neha jethwani struggle video" on yt.... I mean there is no struggle and her fan is crazy about her,,,,but if you see her tiktok and youtube video you will understand..you dont have to research that much if you saw this video once you are gonna find out,,,how pointless and baseless are struggle is...please it would be great content and so many people should know the truth.

    All starkids are launched with a specific strategy. For example Sara ali khan was portrayed as a "girl next door" which she is not .I think for Shanaya Kapoor she's intentionally portraying a basic dumb starkid ..they are purposefully setting the bar low so that if Shanaya messes up people can say "Areh ye hein hi toh yassi ..jane do" .LOL

I personally feel that since most of the people got familiar with terms like "nepotism" and "starkids", they are just trolling them and blurting out pointless things abt them. I just feel we should appreciate actors & actresses on the basis of their acting & movie script. Only dragging their family backgrounds and deciding if they are talented or not doesn't make sense, atleast not to me.

      Just wanted to tell you that I was also a NEET aspirant 3 years back. I was a good student, I couldn’t clear it either. I god admission in DU and learned and experienced so much. At first yes I did regret not going for Neet one more time but now when I look back I believe I made the right decision. If this is what you really want to do then do it , trust me you will make it . But even if you don’t, you’ll end up some place very nice and happy .you’re too young to be thinking of the you hurt your mom, it’s okay . It’s a general tendency for parents and even us to feel bad about the failures but that’s okay , believe me my father did not talk to me for months after I could not get into MBBS. But I realised that it’s okay . Down the road you will also feel it’s okay to be disheartened by these small things. It will be all fine. You will be fine. And you’ll clear the NEET if that’s what you really wish for. Good luck ❤️✨

But my friend who on the other hand is a doctor's daughter will be going to work in the govt hospital (city) where her father works and will be getting higher salary doing nothing but sitting in hospital and studying for entrance. I know she did MBBS by clearing entrance but it is still nepotism because she ll be replacing some more eligible doctor and getting paid for doing absolutely nothing because she is the daughter of a senior doctor there.
