Quintessa - All Scenes Powers & Abilities
Quintessa is a mysterious and powerful space sorceress and one of the two main antagonists (alongside Megatron) of Transformers: The Last Knight. As the self-described "Prime of Life", she created the Cybertronian Race, Optimus Prime, and the Infernocons and considers Cybertron to be hers to command.

The Last Knight flopped pretty badly in terms of delivery and dialogue, but Quintessa was definitely one of the few highlights of the movie! She was an interesting villain, and I hope we get to see her again in a future Transformers story.

Here is a theory I have about Quintessa. She was one of the creators/Quintessons, but decided to have all the powers of the autobots to herself so she betrayed and abandoned her race

Quintessa is a really badass villain she made all the transformers and she floats and has a cool design and the way she speaks is cool as well but she was a villain and bad but was doing everyone a favour by trying to kill unicorn she just could of done it a different way lol
Regardless of what you think of the movie, Quintessa remains the only named Quintesson I can name at the top of my head, I honestly think she has potential to be just as big a name as Megatron and Unicron if handled well.
I honestly don't mind Quintessa's design it looks cool.

Something about Quintessa that I don’t like, if you guys agree, is that her face looks too human and not like an extraterrestrial look if you know what I mean.
But I also remembered that a lot of Transformers, especially Autobots, look more human now than in the first movie.
The purpose maybe is to make us sympathize with them more like humans instead of just alien machines.

Let's say for CGI VFX i'ts easy to animate a "human face" more than an alien that you will create from nothing , you will need to create the animation too ,it's a loooooot of work .

I don't remember this movie, and I thought I've watched all of Transformers. Although I fell asleep on two occasions, these may be parts that I slept through.

Damn i never even knew this movie even existed, a sequel to age of extinction. I have seen all 4, yet i wonder how could I possibly have missed any news on this anywhere else before.
Because this movie destroyed the franchise all together. The first 3 were the bomb, the fourth has its ups and downs, but this one the story, the plot and history its all pointless.

Quintessa is such a weird realization of the creators concept
She’s an obvious reference to the quintessons but she’s named after the planet they come from rather than any of the actual named quintessons of which there are admittedly few
But she also calls herself “the prime of life” which might be a reference to quintus prime who values all life in all its forms and in some cases actually created the quintessons whom in turn killed him. except he’s a male character . . . And would never do any of the things presented in this movie
Then the knights call her the great deceiver which is a title shared by Liege Maximo but that’s a bit of a reach since there’s nothing special about being called a liar however quintessa’s infernocons do share a superficial resemblance to him at least conceptually. And at least one version of him might have tentacles like hers (he only showed up in one page so hard to tell)
So either these are all a bunch of stupid coincidences or she really is just a really weird multilayered reference

They did this universe dirty it was different weird humans yeah..but when the transformers were on screen they stole the movie as they should. There is a fan creation coming out in 2023 it looks good. Paramount and Hasbro are going to the more G1 inspired and beasts Wars direction wich are not bad but there are some elements the Bayverse has that other transformers don't have that makes it good to people that magic if you will.
Wow, the dialogue is absolute rock bottom. I remember really enjoying the first transformers movie... glad I didn't continue watching after that :)

These movies had fantastic action sequences and visual effects but the continuity between them was a hot mess. For example: How did quintenssa tie into the 7 original primes from the second movie? How did Megatron make a deal with Sentinel Prime who crash landed on the moon in the early 1960s during the opening scene of the third movie when he was frozen in ice long before he was found by Archibald Witwicky in 1897?
In DoTM, it's stated that Sentinel and Megatron made the deal to rendezvous on Earth far prior to the loss of Sentinel's ship and Megatron getting stuck in ice.
@@EXILEvenom The age of the deal is never implied but is an issue considering Autobots vs. Decepticon battles were resolved in human timespans during the movies so their politics should also evolve at the same pace. The deal with Sentinel also had nothing to do with Megatron’s original purpose for coming to Earth during the first movie, which was to retrieve the Allspark. It’s clear they didn’t have a rough draft story of the movies as a franchise and just made movies individually shoehorning and retconning as necessary.

In fact quintessa was solus prime who was the fourth original prime created by primus. The reason of her creation was to beat unicron and she tried to do that during whole movie but Optimus could not understand her. I do not understand why optimus everytime kills ones who want to save cybertron.

@@the_honored_one_06 G1 fan - specifically season 1 and 2. Almost everything had a scientific sounding explanation. The first thing I can think of that seemed like it fell into the "mystical" category was the Matrix, which they introduced in the '86 film, and it doesn't fit into Prime's origin story from the series. The cube from tf2007 also feels a little mystical just because of that "before time began" crap, but otherwise, the film felt like genuine science fiction.
This full blown magic holy war stuff that I'm pretty sure was sparked up by TFP didn't hit the live action movies until tf5.
Unicron has been a literal eldritch horror for decades now, TFP literally had to have Hasbro make a 'Unicron is no longer a multiversal singularity' comic so they could make their Unicron not look like the G1 Unicron.@@CIorox_BIeach

Has anybody noticed the sound design in these things just fell off a cliff? Like, there will be so much happening on the screen, but we don't really hear anything. Just little clicks and whirrs occasionally. The sound designer is on vacation or something and Michael bay has done it himself on the day
When a quintesson doesn’t look like a quintesson
Quintessons had a lot of variation even in G1, the only thing she's really missing is the extra faces and Cyberverse is also partially guilty of that. Honestly I like the idea of some Quintessons only having single faces, like only the judges have extra faces to signify their importance. Wouldn't that have been a fun twist, that Quintessa was just some low-level Quintesson who happened to have a plan to stop Unicron.
