hey now, not everyone likes everything super technical all the time. I get you mean tho, simplicity can be a bit bland. but for this it works. not their best track, but still a catchy tune.

I'll always defend this album from the people who hated it just because it wasn't their usual style and a lot simpler even if it's purely because it's the album that got me into Bullet. Y'all can make jokes all you want about my music taste, but I still think it's a great album even if it's not as good as their old stuff because it exists for a reason, that being a way for Matt to cope with the personal shit he was going through during the making of the record. Solos and technicality don't always need to be present in every song for them to still be good and catchy and this album proves it, but it's a shame that people always feel the need to be gatekeepers and shit on anything that barely even remotely resembles their signature sound
