Penalty should've been retaken, no? That was clear encroachment from the keeper?

Nuh uh (The keeper was about 8 yards off their line, it should have been retaken)

No idea how the ref missed it. The fact that he only had club linesman didn't help. The refs attention was more towards to see if anyone entered the circle before ball was kicked, still he should of been able to see as the ball was kicked the keepers positioning was horrible.
Rosebud got away with that one there
