I'm mainly a HD player. After I tried the scorev2 I noticed that I have trouble on hitting the sliders properly, especially when sightreading. I'm trying to train myself by playing 5*maps with hr but then I can't read hr without hd so I sticked with putting hd with it. Should I stick with this tip?
John Drey I think i can help you with that. I miss first hit slidders too cause 2 reasons. 1° I pass the cursor over the slidder (circle/number) instead stop on it and click it. 2° When you play hardest maps that you can't really do, cause bad reading/speed then you usually start to do slidders to 35%-50% instead finish them to the end. I don't have this trouble anymore. And now slidders are one of my strong points. 1° Ir you're using mouse you miss them cause the sensitivity it's way to high. This happens because your hand go to them by reaction instead by reading and the mouse usually keep your move speed. You should training your reading skill too, nomod. 2° Playing 2-3* normal songs following the slidders correctly and then move that to hard and insane. When i start to play HR AR10 i was 50k and people ranks 250k play it better than me. DT the same. I think the best way to read AR10 it's training your eyes and focusing much more than usual on every single circle. You can edit Easy/normal maps AR10 until you can hit everysingle circle. Then you will able to improve once you can read them pretty quickly, so you can focus better on doubles, triples and streams. I usually play Relax mod using the keyboard too, so i can listen the hit sounds correctly and get better accuracy. I think play without hidden It's much better to learn the AR10. I think that cause when i couldn't read AR10 i was playing better using hidden.

( I meant without using HD ) I can't also read maps with DT resulting on an AR8.5 ( Can't read Future son (Nasya's Ok Dad) with DT *It's AR9 w/o DT ) upwards despite of my 10k rank -.-; Maybe I'm farming too many jump maps and TV size maps XDD I'm actually training myself to do nomod on the map dragonforce-defenders because of it's small cs and streams ( I always am clicking the circles too early on streams ) Also the fact that the AR is also high... Is it good on practicing nomod?

From what I've noticed you should keep playing hr until you're consistently getting good acc, and then eventually push into playing maps with hd
