I like the timber pattern and I’ve mixed that into my whitetail system (equinox guard collection) which is mostly elevated. I really want to give the new duck oven a try in my whitetail kit then build a duck system around it too.
@@brendanbaker5487 I’m gonna layer that over my fanatic hoodie when I hunt the rut in Tennessee. It’s the same bulk as the Equinox Midi in my opinion. I love the jacket and I had never previously had an older Sitka system to compare it against. I’ll wear it under my bibs on those super cold hunts.
Jost my .02 the duck oven is so much more. I have both, the aero light is good as a layering piece for mild and cold temps. The duck oven is solid as a stand alone into the 30’s.
This is the best Sitka jacket. It’s a must first peace for any wterfowlers. The duck oven under a delta wading jacket is the absolute best!
As soon as I finish building my whitetail arsenal, I’m going to go all in for my duck setup! Not to mention the marsh pattern is a favorite of mine

My first piece ever from sitka. 2013 I still have it but the upgrades make me want to buy a new one for sure

What’s the difference between the delta wading vs the pro?
I don’t have the Pro yet. Besides the Brown color option , I “hear” they got rid of the pit zips.

Would this be good for bow hunting? I’m looking at this over the fanatic because of color options.
Won’t have as much mobility or be as quiet but will be great to keep you warm and still has decent mobility.
