$42 for dresser after tax, $13 in sandpaper, chemical stripper, and finish and $36 in hardware. About 6 hours of work. Sold for $300 within 2 days earning about $34 / hour worked. Not bad :) and I’m so glad I didn’t decide to just scruff sand and paint because it turned out so pretty
