@@R0bY28 Apologies for the delayed response, but yes! From our tests it is waterproof with the original plate back on, as long as it's attached properly.
It was impressive with ND Lens filter. But I want to know, what is the first lens in that video at 1:29? Is it UV filter clear lens? And Would you please give me a link description for UV filter clear lens in Sony RX0 ii? Thank you.
They are available on ebay already converted but at a high price. Sony should have sold it with their 16mm f2.8 APS-C pancake or their ZV1 1" 24mm f1.7 fixed lens. F4 is too dark for bad weather and indoors.

Yes. The RX0 IS NOT waterproof once you remove the front faceplate, and therefore is not waterproof with our lens attached.

Needs a replacable lens f4 doesn't give the 1" sensor a lot of advantage over GoPros smaller sensor on a f2.8 lens.
