These are such interesting points. I agree that it's important to protect a company culture but you definitely do need to be mindful of both how you're saying "no" and also WHY exactly you believe that person wouldn't be a good fit. Thanks for sharing, cheers!
It almost sounds like " we have an echo chamber and we want to continue staying in it". Different cultures comes with different ideas and thinking outside the box.

THE ONLY CANDIDATE WHO IS NOT A "GOOD FIT" (CULTURAL OR NOT) IS A PERSON WHO IS ON DRUGS OR COMMIT CRIMES!!!!!
