A Polish Lavvu with the Bushcraft Spain Lavvu mod would cost a total of maybe 200EUR - These are great tents, but pretty pricey for those looking into hot-tenting, and unlike the Lavvu combo I mentioned, they don't easily fit into a 70L rucksack, the two Hawu halves need to be shared across two backpacks.
So 500€ in total when you buy the Polish Lavvu for 300€ and the mod you mentioned for another 200€. The quality will be whatever it may be, but Savotta products are proven to be of extremely good quality, long lasting and practical.

Yes it does. This is heated shelter so the fabric must be breathable but the fibers in the fabric also swell up when moist to provide an effective seal against rain without the need for waterproof and poorly breathable coatings
Chimney surrounding plate and holes in it works as a vent on top part, then you can fix and adjust the door opening to work as a vent or instead any lower part of the tent fabric can be fixed with a tree branch or equal to create a gap which work as a vent.

@@Savotta And if necessary, close the gap with any tarp, yes. Allthough I'm wondering if that would be as wind (or rain-) proof as the two pieces of the HAWU together. Anyways, I'll look into that idea, thank you. Nevertheless, I think a smaller version with lighter materials of this would sell like hotcakes, especially in a time where pyramid tents/tipis seem to be the thing to have and where hot tents are becoming more popular. What do you think?

pretty much as said abowe,,comfortable for 2 people -- 3-4 people if absolutely necessary, but doable

It's a great tent! I have Hawu 4 and I have used it in Finnish Lapland in winter time couple of times... I love it!
