Sir, I haven't seen this video of yours before the exam of June 2022 becoz I didn't had the idea when you uploaded the video. Sir question was asked in this term of june 2022 cs executive exam where default of 12 lacs was asked - this was a compulsory question to attempt n I was determined to attempt the whole paper so what I did I wrote the whole process of CRIP n in heading I wrote amount of less than 1 crore can be intitiated with CG instead of NCLT by even a corporate debtor. Now after the last paper of tax exam I am watching this one. Wish I had seen it earlier. Any way Sir you are great. Sir, Thanks a lot. You are Awesome n superb.

sir apne bola k agar PPIRP fail hoga toh co will not go in liquidation lekin module me asa diya he k agar PPIRP if Terminated due to that 3 reason then AA shall pass an order of liquidation of corporate debtor

Yes optional. Not complulsory. But in normal CIRP if RESOLUTION process fails THEN LIQUIDATION OS COMPULSORY.
