Sir I have a query in related party transactions section 188..... The director (excluding ID) or KMP of the holding Co or his relative is a related party for the Co.... My doubt is.. What if such person is a partner of the firm, or member /director of the company with which our company wishes to contract... Wud that firm or company also be considered related party.... Plzzz upload lectures of section 188 sir....
