The Chairman of Davolink was angry that she denied it as it was causing the company share price drop and at the same time he removed them 2 people off the board of Directors. He's been hoping mad and I don't blame him. She lied about him their connection causing his company a big drop in share price. So he decided to go to Dispatch with all the facts. Youre thinking how companies think, not consumers. So many companies ride trends and make soulless copies of successful acts. They dont understand what made them popular in the first place. Theres only so many times groups can hop on a new trend or wave until people bore of it. nj copies wont be nearly as successful. Oddyouth is already being pegged as a dupe of newjeans and at the time im writing this, i havent even heard their music yet, just that theyre too similar to newjeans. New Fifty fifty doesnt have nearly as much momentum as they did before, and in my personal opinion, the fanbase they have is due to the fact the company was able to snag popular trainees with existing fanbases. If anything, i dont think mhj would drop newjeans to recreate a new one from scratch, shes creative enough to make a new idea, new members new concept new market.

I enjoy the video covering the Dispatch exposé. As I said in my comment on your last video, it is appearing more and more that dark days are ahead. I wish their fandom would take MHJ's manipulation and influence over Newjeans seriously, but the echo chamber only twists facts or denies straight-up reality. For the lawsuits that MHJ claimed she had filed against Dispatch writers and former HYBE execs, I believe they were the old filings from the previous Dispatch article, but she media-played to seem like they are brand new. I also thought its just a matter of time that some of the family members would wake up and notice that many of the actions were self- interest based on the side of 'she who will not be named'. Shes definitely taking a bit of a 'the bad mother' in the Salomons test approach and seems to be wanting to scorch earth New Jeans as revenge on Ador on the way out. Although i do believe she started out wanting to take the girls and start over. I think most of the girls are legal adults now(?) I'm not sure if they're only available to internal directors like MHJ and her goons, or if the public can buy too, tho 🤔 the way I've always heard it described is that 'BH was not included in the IPO'

That is one of my biggest concerns, which is that she might be manipulating NJ into doing things that could cause them physical and mental harm. If she's willing to lobby her body to succeed with her plans whose to say she wouldn't try to use them in this way. Even though I don't agree with NJ behavior I do feel for them. They're being groomed and manipulated, and they don't have enough life experience to recognize it. All of the adults in their lives, including Hybe, who should've put more safe guards in place to protect them from MHJ, are varying degrees of trash. They should never have been so isolated and dependent on one person. It's sad and I expect it'll take time for them to unpack the abuse they've experienced under MHJ.

What I've really liked about your videos on this topic is that you're not ignoring the main problem in the situation. A lot of bunnies and K-pop fans see that NJ is involved and become completely blinded by the real issue and do the mental gymnastics to justify NJ's and MHJ's actions. The issue here too is how many people are trying to dismiss the unprofessional conduct of NJ by saying "they're young so I'm giving them the benefit of doubt." Now the first two times I'll let them off, but with how eager they are in posting their departure any chance they get it's not looking good. The things that are necessary to this case have been presented choosing to be ignorant about the situation is not helping anyone.
I am going to play devil's advocate here. Let's play different plot twist and hear me out. After them opening a new instagram account. They know that this is one of the big grounds of breaching their contract and for sure they are just doing anything so Ador will have to file a case against them. Over these few hours, this got me to think that WHAT IF this was the plan all along, including the Dispatch Expose Article. Hear me out, what if Davolink/Kakao and MHJ has already made a deal that this will the initial plan to get the girls out of Ador contract. It will be a huge stock lost and manipulation of the stock numbers but we have already proven that with MHJ's media play, there is still money to be made in the FUTURE. Looking back now, the Dispatch Article made it look to me now IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. MHJ and Hanni hugging/greeting outside the building made it look suspicious now. It seemed to me that they did that on purpose so they can take a photo and pretty much add another damages to NJ's contract. The parent/s shared specific screenshot of their conversation to Dispatch, and made it look like 1 parent is already going against MHJ but this is was purposely done to add credibility to the Dispatch Article. Because if this was true, it would have already been MHJ and NJ's downfall but yet they are still continuing with the media play. It worked on their favor since immediately, ADOR filed a case and ask the court to validate their contract and they know this will take months. So at the moment, ADOR can't do anything about it until they get a response from the court and NJ will continue their ADOR activities and "Independence" on the other side (with this, they will try to gain new fans and support for the next chapter of their career) I also feel like, they already have money to pay for the fees and penalties. They are just waiting for ADOR to make the first move. What is there for them to lose now where in the future, they can always manipulate the audience and get sympathy and support. Collectively, KAKAO and Davolink and also MHJ are trying to ruin Ador and Hybe's Reputation. Whatever they can use against them will still works out since the Media will write articles about it and continue to divide the people. These are just me thoughts.
Thats a good theory. But i think if they did have the money to pay the fees they could have done it by terminating the contract legally and paying it. Also all the ventures they make like that insta account, if it qualifies as a contract breach, wont they be handing ador evidence of violating contract. Also if it does not qualify as contract violation then as they are still under contract the money they make from it can be claimed by ador. Also the dispatch news of mhj and nwjs parents involvement will again benefit ador as it is evidence of tampering. Idk much but every K-RUclipsr I watch about this, it's the other way around. Public opinion is very negative towards them since they terminated their contract thru that presscon. I think it began to turn when Hani went to the National Assembly actually. Bc her/their case overshadowed other labor cases questioned there which were more grave & the politicians there gave more attention & time to her than the other 3 cases. Those who praised her for going there were more bunnies or kpop fans, not really the general public, especially not from the labor(workforce) unions. I agree. There's a lot of damage they've done to themselves, Ador and HYBE. But Ador and HYBE have money and a marketing team and they can help them rebrand and repair their image. But they'll have to do it soon.

New Fifty fifty doesnt have nearly as much momentum as they did before, and in my personal opinion, the fanbase they have is due to the fact the company was able to snag popular trainees with existing fanbases. I enjoy the video covering the Dispatch exposé. As I said in my comment on your last video, it is appearing more and more that dark days are ahead. I also thought its just a matter of time that some of the family members would wake up and notice that many of the actions were self- interest based on the side of 'she who will not be named'. Shes definitely taking a bit of a 'the bad mother' in the Salomons test approach and seems to be wanting to scorch earth New Jeans as revenge on Ador on the way out. And to answer your question - to the best of my knowledge, BH was the only subsidiary under HYBE were shares/stocks are owned privately aka 100% by Bang PD meaning they're completely off the market - whereas in other labels, like ADOR, the majority are owned by HYBE but there are some stocks/shares that available for purchase. I'm not sure if they're only available to internal directors like MHJ and her goons, or if the public can buy too, tho 🤔 the way I've always heard it described is that 'BH was not included in the IPO'

That is one of my biggest concerns, which is that she might be manipulating NJ into doing things that could cause them physical and mental harm. If she's willing to lobby her body to succeed with her plans whose to say she wouldn't try to use them in this way. Even though I don't agree with NJ behavior I do feel for them. They're being groomed and manipulated, and they don't have enough life experience to recognize it. All of the adults in their lives, including Hybe, who should've put more safe guards in place to protect them from MHJ, are varying degrees of trash. They should never have been so isolated and dependent on one person. It's sad and I expect it'll take time for them to unpack the abuse they've experienced under MHJ.

What I've really liked about your videos on this topic is that you're not ignoring the main problem in the situation. A lot of bunnies and K-pop fans see that NJ is involved and become completely blinded by the real issue and do the mental gymnastics to justify NJ's and MHJ's actions. The issue here too is how many people are trying to dismiss the unprofessional conduct of NJ by saying "they're young so I'm giving them the benefit of doubt." Now the first two times I'll let them off, but with how eager they are in posting their departure any chance they get it's not looking good. The things that are necessary to this case have been presented choosing to be ignorant about the situation is not helping anyone.
I am going to play devil's advocate here. Let's play different plot twist and hear me out.
After them opening a new instagram account. They know that this is one of the big grounds of breaching their contract and for sure they are just doing anything so Ador will have to file a case against them.
Over these few hours, this got me to think that WHAT IF this was the plan all along, including the Dispatch Expose Article.
Hear me out, what if Davolink/Kakao and MHJ has already made a deal that this will the initial plan to get the girls out of Ador contract. It will be a huge stock lost and manipulation of the stock numbers but we have already proven that with MHJ's media play, there is still money to be made in the FUTURE.
Looking back now, the Dispatch Article made it look to me now IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. MHJ and Hanni hugging/greeting outside the building made it look suspicious now. It seemed to me that they did that on purpose so they can take a photo and pretty much add another damages to NJ's contract.
The parent/s shared specific screenshot of their conversation to Dispatch, and made it look like 1 parent is already going against MHJ but this is was purposely done to add credibility to the Dispatch Article.
Because if this was true, it would have already been MHJ and NJ's downfall but yet they are still continuing with the media play.
It worked on their favor since immediately, ADOR filed a case and ask the court to validate their contract and they know this will take months. So at the moment, ADOR can't do anything about it until they get a response from the court and NJ will continue their ADOR activities and "Independence" on the other side (with this, they will try to gain new fans and support for the next chapter of their career)
I also feel like, they already have money to pay for the fees and penalties. They are just waiting for ADOR to make the first move. What is there for them to lose now where in the future, they can always manipulate the audience and get sympathy and support.
Collectively, KAKAO and Davolink and also MHJ are trying to ruin Ador and Hybe's Reputation. Whatever they can use against them will still works out since the Media will write articles about it and continue to divide the people.

Thats a good theory. But i think if they did have the money to pay the fees they could have done it by terminating the contract legally and paying it. Also all the ventures they make like that insta account, if it qualifies as a contract breach, wont they be handing ador evidence of violating contract. Also if it does not qualify as contract violation then as they are still under contract the money they make from it can be claimed by ador. Also the dispatch news of mhj and nwjs parents involvement will again benefit ador as it is evidence of tampering. My opinion is that MHJ has been lured around by SM Ent. for a long time with funding and the promise that they would buy NJ, inciting her to ruin the group "NewJeans" and Ador, and now SM has backed out, having achieved their goal of eliminating a formidable competitor. So MHJ is trying to get her hands on the girls' assets to create a label that she obviously wants to run. In the end they will be left penniless and in debt. If Kakao, SM and Dabolink are conspiring to take away NJ from Ador, it is a tampering. They risk a lot. Attrakt just sued Warner for tampering with FiftyFifty's contract.

MHJ has always said, all you need to do is create headline it doesn't matter if its true or false coz proving it will take 10x harder. And this is what she is good at. I don't expect them to fold or retreat at this stage, but that rumored winning bombshell had better be good. 'Cause without it, my brain is being twisted into a pretzel trying to figure out the rationale behind their moves. The way I see it, ex NJ's bravado stems from at least one of the following:
1) A legally relevant trump card, which fans keep suggesting they've kept hidden all this time. Fans also say this is why the industry associations are 'scared' of the group
2) Over-reliance on stan Twitter for talking points and sentiment analysis
3) Not accessing any information independently and simply going with the flow of trusted decision makers around him (who may or may not actually be working in their best interests).
It's just fascinating to see this unfold. I wish real people weren't getting impacted, especially groups and ordinary employees who should never have gotten pulled into this in the first place, but I can't look away.

Idk much but every K-RUclipsr I watch about this, it's the other way around. Public opinion is very negative towards them since they terminated their contract thru that presscon. I think it began to turn when Hani went to the National Assembly actually. Bc her/their case overshadowed other labor cases questioned there which were more grave & the politicians there gave more attention & time to her than the other 3 cases. Those who praised her for going there were more bunnies or kpop fans, not really the general public, especially not from the labor(workforce) unions. As for their new insta account, honestly I think it is not well received, they still have fans obviously, but general comments are negative, probably why they turned off the comment section in their insta.. for their support for the protesters, many claimed the free food ofc but are still skeptical as to what is their intention & thinks they're now using politics for their own agenda.

I agree. There's a lot of damage they've done to themselves, Ador and HYBE. But Ador and HYBE have money and a marketing team and they can help them rebrand and repair their image. But they'll have to do it soon.
I'll forgive the girls if they apologize and tell the truth about MHJ's plan. But they will have to realize it for themselves. It's sad how emboldened they have been because of all the wrong advice and information they have been given. I think that they actually believe they are in the right and that what they are doing is all and fair. As much as I dislike MHJ during all these actions regarding NJs etc. But she does have talent because she was exec producer for Taehyung’s Layover album and it was amazing. Tho Tae went to MHJ and Ador because (imo) BH wasn’t allowing him to have full freedom in his solo projects. Tae made a bold move to produce his album under Ador & MHJ !

In a deleted KBS article it was revealed that MHJ advised the girls NOT to hold a press conference because it could’ve cause them trouble but the girls insisted that they wanted to speak for themselves. I always wondered why that article that show MHJ resistance to them speaking out was deleted , maybe to bet on people’s short attention span. I literally said we knew she was involved with the livestream, we just didnt have proof yet - which we now do, and that proof has legal implications. Also the KBS article was deleted BECAUSE it confirms that MHJ knew and didnt tell the company - even if she discouraged the girls or not, her not telling ADOR would be a problem, so it was still not beneficial to her (and she was likely the one who asked for it to be deleted.)
Regarding Davolink, I literally mentioned her denial of involvement in the video, and just because she says something isn't true doesn't go against the literal photo evidence. How can she say she's not affiliated when there's literally a picture of them together 😐
And finally, I literally said I *don't* believe she slept her way through her career and actually acknowledge her skill as a marketer, and that I don't support slut shaming. The fact YOU believe MHJ is wild. It now makes sense that KBS removed the article because they must if heard that Dispatch had receipts and not comments from MHJ PR team, which the now deleted article was based on. KBS did not want to look as if they are complicit in spreading lies.
As to why MHJ and Davolink, MHJ had to come out and address it weeks ago because there was a rumor saying she went to them and asked for funding. She came out with that press release saying that the rumor was not true. That triggered the company's stock price to crash because people bought the stock because of the rumor. You guys like jumping from B to D but always leave out or ignore A and C.
This whole dispute has always been about Hybe vs MHJ. NJs should have never been involved. MHJ decided to involve them when she lost her stock options. She wanted to use their fandom and the court of public opinion get her stocks back. All of their complaints occurred when MHJ was CEO. It's coming off that they are fine with "mistreatment" as long as the mistreatment is coming from MHJ.
