Делал такой копир, он накапливает ошибку на диаметр щупа котором окатываете подшипник. Щуп надо размером как иголочкой чтоб был.

Надо бы чтоб образующая "щупа" имела такую же форму, как режущая кромка резца.
@@user-ye4sd3db6g Нет! Любая ширина копира приводит к ошибке. Ошибка складывается из ширины копира и ширины резца. Поэтому резьбовой резец 60 градусов и копир иголочкой. Ошибка с таким набором будет только вокруг оси вращения заготовки слева и справа на угол касательной резца к заготовке.
