I've noticed you, other spark drivers, and myself often get better food offers waiting for curbside. I bet there are even better food offers not near Walmart. I have a couple good restaurants near our Walmart but better areas I'd be waiting if not doing spark at all. But we need to do some good spark just to keep it going and not get deactivated or something

You and Meaty Mama have made me a better tipper too, and if money's tight and I can't afford a decent tip I get off my butt and go to the store myself. Just glaid you are safe. I think we are getting remnants of that stom here in NY. Saw a car get stuck in flood watter today. He didn't realize how deep the watter was. Its the rain and flooding that is more dangerous than wind.
I used to drive taxi in our town for commission and when I wasn't doing that I delivered phone books out of the trunk of the taxi and picked up donations for the holidays in the taxi while I was waiting for the next call
After the Friday storms caused my Walmart to lose power, they didn't do any curbside until today. They also kept sending me this x-large shopping order for 8 miles and $33, but the devil was in the details. If you look at the items on the shop, they wanted 8! cases of water. Unbelievable. I think if anyone shopped that, they were gonna need 3 shopping carts.

But Chuck, since u are on temporarly leave on DD can u get on instacart in your market???? I been on the waitlist for 8 months for instacart!!!!
$$11.00 Base pay. Must Be NICE. $7.00 here in Indy. I forgot to film, working my normal 230p to 1130p then I UBER after till 1-3 or later if busy...Normally up to door dash/spark/goshare or whatever paying the best from 10:30am till 2p.
So you take a big detour while delivering for Walmart. Keep doing that and you will cry like a little girl when Walmart deactivates you for abuse of policy.
Hey Chuck if you are ever doing a shop and deliver with no tip or a very small tip and they have something heavy like water just mark that it's not in stock. They don't deserve my extra effort if they can't fork up the cash!
