It is a beautiful home, however, I think it needs some color on the inside.
Otherwise it is a great location, because I have driven near it many times in my youth. I would be happy with a home half that size, because the homeowner has to pay taxes, pay for repairs or replacement of appliances, and general overall maintenance.

Very poor lighting (on the filmmaker's part) on some of the rooms doesn't seem to do justice to what must be a great home.
