Funny how it’s only men that finds this "wrong" or "disgusting".

Disney isn’t trying to manipulate kids on how to live a different life, they’re showing how life actually is

Tadashi would be so proud, I love how they handled periods in this episode. When he asked for help, Baymax was given quite a lot of stuff to Sofia's first period.

Fun fact: the first and last women in the store are voiced by the same person who voices Luz Noceda from The Owl House

I strongly approve of how maturely handled the subject of menstruation is in this episode. 12-year-old Sofia got the support and compassion she needed during her first period. Baymax is an angel from Robot Heaven! :)

I get it it's a kid's show but in the movie they also showed things about puberty, I don't understand why people are hating on this, and it's always one clip or scene with a background character that everyone gets so worked up about, like life is life and people need to accept that

In the next scene, Baymax is carrying bags and bags of feminine hygiene products. Where did he get the money for all of that?

i love how recent films and shows aimed for younger audiences are discussing about periods. they are 100% normal and shouldn't make people uncomfortable.

I strongly approve of this scene because of how respectfully and open-mindedly the subject of period products is portrayed. :)

When I started bleeding from my va, I didn’t panic because it was already normalized and explained to me by both my parents when I got mine. Periods should be normalized to kids. It’s bound to happen, so don’t bother shielding it away.

  • @Rainjojo

We need periods to be normalized because children go through it as well, and the same people complaining want to take that knowledge away from them by sexualizing it and making them unprepared for when it happens. I thought I was going to die when mines happened at the age of 12 and my family members were yelling at me to shut up instead of helping me out. If I’ve known from things like this it would’ve helped me big time, I applaud the trans man being here as well. What many people don’t realize is that they also have similar biological functions as a cis-women, why is it so hard for others to just show respect and appreciate a harmless thing that’ll help kids?????
