Your dinner looked good! I am not familiar with zucchini pineapple. I know when I make zucchini bread I put pineapple in it. Would you use this for that? Nothing like eating the goodies out of the garden. Squash looked great.

Man oh man, pan fried pork chops are my favorite way to make them. Yum! Whether I bake mine or put them in the crockpot, I like giving them a little pan sear first for color & taste. The beautiful home grown squash looked amazing. Can't wait to see how your pineapple zucchini turn out.
The hottest day here was last week. 99° but felt like 108° bc of humidity. Even the birds & squirrels were hiding in the shade most of the day. I don't blame them. I can't wait for cooler weather; even though it means less daylight 😢.

That's how I usually like to cook pork chops ... unless I feel like my arteries aren't clogged quite enough and then I will smother them in gravy. Served with rice ... yummy!😋

It was in the 90s here in NW Ohio, but we got some relief its been 81 so I hope yall get some relief too. The food looks so good we have all that coming out of the garden too next is tomatoes. Lots of canning and freezing. I have never had zucchini made like you did it. I will have to try. I shred mine and freeze it for bread and soups. God bless yall

Hi Sammi, so it’s gotten up to 101 here in Fauquier Co Va with that heat index way too hot. My husband loves pork chops an we buy the pork loin & cut them ourselves. His favorite is frying them in a pan with salt & pepper. But I make them all different ways, crockpot, oven, stove top. A really good recipe I have is baking them with a slice of onion on top, then a little ketchup on top of that an finally some brown sugar. It is so good; I’ve also baked them with sliced Granny Smith apples, cinnamon & brown sugar. You all stay cool

Your chops looked beautiful! Breaded and fried pork chops with mashed taties and milk gravy is one of my kids favorites. I drop mine in my deep fryer (about the only time I get that out anymore) It's a labor of love though by the time I stand there and fry enough for 11 so we dont have them often.

Hello from Mississippi. Temp so far been up to 98 but felt like 106-107…as you know how that Mississippi heat/humidity is! We like pork shops in Shake and Bake..🤣 also been cooking some in the air fryer. You have been busy…your canning products look beautiful. The zucchini pineapple is new to me.does it taste like pineapple? I love squash steamed with onions, roasted in oven, fried with meal coating, really anyway it is cooked, so good! I’m with you, too hot to bake dessert and cold ice cream is much better choice when it is HOT!

Slice3/4 yellow squash sliced in skillet with a diced onion cooked in oil and butter over a medium heat with about 1//4-1/2 in water and seasoned with salt pepper and garlic or Kinders The Blend

The highest temperature, in the last few days, here in Alberta Canada was 39 degrees Celsius. That's 102 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition to that it's smoky here due to fires in Northern Alberta. We need rain and the temps to decrease. 🙏 Pineapple Zucchini sounds yummy 😋😋😋

It's been over 105 here with a heat index of 115-120. It's rained a few days (just in the morning) and the humidity has been horrible! My C/A went out 1 week ago today. Had to have everything replaced..the furnace and C/A unit just got put in on Thursday. Boy was it hot in the house.
Last Sunday my neighbor kicked in our elderly neighbors door after the police stated they couldn't. No one had seen him since Tuesday. We could hear his furnbaby crying when we knocked on the door so went in and found him dead. They said he'd been dead since Wednesday morning. RIP Mr. D I'm going to miss you and your stories

Its nearly 11.30pm here in Glasgow and its 12 C so thats 53.6F. Not very hot oh and its wet lol. Typical Scottish summer. We can buy courgettes (Zucchini in the US) here but the only kind of squash they sell here is Butternut Squash. When I make pork chops, we season them with allspice, makes for a really tasty pork chops, you should try it, it gives a different taste to the pork chops,you probably have all the spice ingredients on hand. We eat totally different here in the UK, we don't generally use lots of cheese, sour cream is, wellm what can I saym its available but not very popular. Very few recipes here call for cream cheese, Like I said, totally different food. Thank you for sharing your Sunday supper with us xxx

This third week of July is much cooler- highs between 81-84 but sticky and muggy due to high humidity of around 86-88%

I used to buy a whole pork loin (when they were $.79-.99/lb) and have the butcher at the store cut them into 3/4' inch chops, leaving about a 3-pound roast. Now, I don't think they even sell the whole, just the half. I udially get the tenderloins now. Cheaper and easier to cook. Plus, they come already marinated.

Hottest temperature here in Seattle clocked in last week at 96. Your veggies look wonderful! I'm not good at making pork chops. My hubby grills them, or I put them in a crockpot over cubed yukon gold potatoes and pour a can of cream of chicken soup over it and cook it on low for 7-8 hours. That's the only way I can get them tender. Why are you wearing a brace on your left knee?
