Great work Guys! My one question. how long do you think that this "Nurse" situation is going to last?
The quick response in my opinion is that it is an AND game not an OR game. I think the nurse situation is only a small part of the equation. My aim is to open up my marketing to all forms of contract remote workforce: corporate housing, all medical travel professionals, insurance, intern housing, graduate student, and people looking for a mid-term stay to spend more time in a city.
Great interview. So insightful.
@@JoshuaBaldovino Can i bug you for that list of recommended insurance companies with relocation specialist? New Sub!! :D
@@JoshuaBaldovino could you help me to find out how much a insurance company is paying to the displaced families in hotels?
Midterm Rentals!!! Very much appreciate your content. Wonderful interviewing skills and great dialogue/info being shared.
That means a lot!

Midterm Rentals! Great content buddy! I am off to call some insurance companies and hospitals!
This is amazing.
Appreciate it!
Renting to families displaced by fires - freaking awesome idea. I have a 1 bed I'm going to try this up in Oregon. Did you reach out to insurance Agencies or the Insurance Carrier?
Agents and find a corp contact
That was the whole reason I was going to watch this video. That information should have been talked about.
Great deal. like always thanks guys.
I didn't know this was a thing until our family was out of our home for 10 months, due to major storm damage. I think it's a great investment strategy.
How do you get contacts to corporate leads for the bookings?
I'd pay for a list of these companies 😁 new sub.
Me too
Great content. Willing to transition from STR to MTR. Making my research NOW! You guys have been a great help.
awesome! I'd love to get in touch with Jesse for a one on one consultation if possible :)

Great content thanks Josh! When finding 'local insurance companies' is that insurance brokers, insurance carriers (who would pay the claims / provide the housing), or both?
All local insurance agencies seem to be brokers that are effectively salespeople and have no need to provide housing to displaced people. Do I have that correct?
Just want to make sure I'm focused on the right audience.
Midterm rentals
Insurance companies set aside 20% of the value of the damaged property just for housing.
👏🏽👏🏽
Is this true because the temporary housing company is telling me and the tenant that money is running out and they've only been displaced 2 months and may need an additional 2 months. Is that possible?
I never considered this. I have a 5bdr, garage, basement finished. Close to transportation, schools.
Do it!
how much is his course?
What on-line Long-term Rental Contract do you use?

Midterm 👍🏾
Appreciate it!
Ideal unit size? 1br 2br? Bigger? Rent by the room?
There's a lot of 1 and 2s. But 3's are more rare. If you're doing rent by the room get a 3-4.
I'd just mentioned to my husband a couple of months ago about offering a car for rent to midterm or short term renters as well. Are you using a rental app for your car rental or just directly? How are you handling the car insurance piece if you're renting direct?
Turo has Insurnace built in. They’d have to rent there too
@@JoshuaBaldovino ok so Jessie was using Turo to rent to his tenants? That makes sense and it makes it easy.
Wow!!!!
For clarity… you are reaching out to agents and insurance brokers and not insurance claims offices?
Relocation specialists
I just had temporary housing placement company tell me my price was too high. Am I understanding correctly that this price is not coming from the adjuster but from that placement company. Are they putting their fee on top of whatever they make an agreement with the homeowner and providing that to the adjuster. They are telling me that the homeowner is running out of money and they need 2 more months and possibly longer. How do you handle this?
Will mid term rental ever be saturated?
I can see it getting more popular in the coming years
Do you have to make sure midterm rentals are allowed in an area where short term is not allowed. Does 29 days are more remove this concern?
You can always call your city or country to check
