    What do you mean when you ask at “What occupancy is the underwriting her deals? “ How can I look more into that?“ do you mean how much more she’s going to charge in rent to cover any potential vacancy in the future?

    I've had the long term rental; 7 years and would like to transition to mid-term rental. You just don't boot people out or perhaps I have to. This is my dilemma. Any advice??

      Have good reserves set aside before you get them out. I have two fully furnished homes empty for 2 months and 3 months... no bookings! 😵‍💫
