No, she was already named in the previous episode. That's why people said to watch it before the OVA. It didn't help though.

"No, she was already named in the previous episode." - Can you please tell me at what time and ep the name of Ymir was revealed before S2 Ep2? Because as long as my research goes her name was revealed in S2 Ep2 at 16:12 in Sasha's flashback.
"That's why people said to watch it before the OVA." - Watch 'it' you mean this episode, 'the OVA' you mean OVA Ilse's Langner? Why would anyone say it rather than the release date order of watching the show, which is the intended way.
