Or isn't just learning how to, he drew food in the playoffs before. I think refs pick a guy on each team in the playoffs to be "foul draw players" and then give those guys more calls and Tatum has been that guy in Boston for years and is learning that in the playoffs he can regularly draw could even if in the regular season refs swallow their whistles more often to keep the flow of game up.
@@bpdmf2798 drawing fouls is something that all great scorers know how to do, Go and look at the stats of Kevin Durant and Kobe Bryant, and look how much they get to the free throw line about 1/3 of their points come from free throws, Kobe Bryant during his prime was averaging 10+ free throw attempts a game.
@@zoomzoom3839 i know that, what I'm pointing out is that he's done it in the playoffs before, especially his door year when he was seen as THE scorer on the team. He needs to learn how to in the regular season. In the playoffs the refs always give the team's #1 option a lot of food, especially if they are a star. Just look at this series and compare Tatum and Durant getting calls to how few calls Harden is getting compared to how Harden got calls in Houston.
@@boxerfnx man Kemba offensively was a huge disappointment for me this game. Dude only scored 6pts. And he is suppose to be the 3 option for scoring, or 2nd now since brown is out?

@@rishabhsharma5610 I never said this year but I'm starting to have doubts that he will be given his lack of understanding situation wise, he's taking to many 3s when he could easily be the best player on earth if he just had a balanced attack
Tatum has been so impressive this season, despite a very disappointing season from the Celtics who this have been injury riddled and just flat out disappointing, Jayson Tatum the whole season has continued to battle through the adversity, Kemba Walker being 50% the entire season, loosing his all star running mate Jaylen Brown, Robert Williams hasn’t been able to play consistently due to his bad foot, despite all of that he’s continued to play his ass off and get his team winning big games like this.
This raw talent is unbelievable for his age, it's only gonna get better. The best player in his draft without doubt. Imagine Lakers or Philly had wised up.
This series should be reminded how good JT is cause he dropped 50 against a loaded Nets team that had KD, Kyrie and Harden JT Was basically our only hope in this series cause Rob was in and out hurt, JB missed the entire series cause he was hurt, Kemba was not himself it was basically JT, Marcus Smart, and Fournier against the Nets super team!!
This to me is one of his 2 things to work on to get into top 5NBA status. He must MUST learn how to get 10 to 15 FT a game for when his jump shot is not falling for easier baskets. An he MUST average 7 assists to use his superior talent to create wide open shots for the role players and other teammates. I LOVED how we played for MOST of the game, I LOVED seeing Kyrie struggle, and I LOVE we will not be swept. Now if we win Sunday @sses will get tight in Brooklyn. @Tomasz thanks for the highlights what a game it was to watch.
He did a great job. Tristan Thompson had his best game as a Celtic. Marcus Smart showed his heart and hustle was fouled by Durant and Durant got a blocking foul how wrong he ran over smart 🤓. Fournier has some key shots. Kemba didn't score well but he hustled and 8 rebounds. Looking forward for the 17000 fans. They shown a lot of heart and passion. I saw it on tv predicated they would do great despite the odds against them
Jaylen Brown is my favorite player and personally i consider him the leader of the team (just look how he came out and spoke yesterday even while injured and then the team played extra hard that game) but Tatum is incredible.
Jt is the future. He will definitely become an MVP one day. He and Steph are currently on my list for the best players to watch. They always bring excitement. I can't wait to see how far he will reach. JT ➡HOF!! 🐐
If tatum played like this he would be unstoppable he can shoot drive in and his height is perfect he got paul pierce Kobe And a lil bit of Kevin’s Durant with height
Larry Bird scored 50 4 times in his career. Jayson Tatum scored 50 4 times in 2 months. I think Tatum can hit or eclipse Kobe's 81 (probably hit and then stop scoring to pay homage) and there is a real chance he could drop a 100 piece at some point in his career.
