I worked for a property management company - we had a government property portfolio, meant to assist the smaller businessman, a fabulous idea - but they were in such bad condition - very few tenants paid rent (with no repercussion), no maintenance was carried out - some were run by gangs - a total shambles - all funded by taxpayers money.

The government certainly seems to own enough property. It’s going to take a long time to go through 880,000 buildings. So much mess for the DA to clean up.

Will the refurbishers who stuffed up be responsible to repay what they were paid. Road show is an insult to the person who is giving it a chance for corrections. Trying to make a cost effective decision. Also just remember he’s not just giving lip service.

I live in the UK where punning is common in written and spoken English and other languages don't have punning or even satire in their cultures. Remember the cartoon incident in France a few years ago. Also don't take me now too seriously🤣🤣🤣
