    Nice drill down in to what could be an amazing opportunity! But, always good to be realistic as well. (the bike scene was pretty epic)

    Realize also that Blossom Rock is in Pinal County and Pinal County's property tax rates are significantly higher than Maricopa County.

    I'd like to hear your current and long term thoughts on the City of Maricopa, from a realtor's perspective.

      I think long-term it will be poised for a lot of growth - especially as they improve SR-347 to make getting between Maricopa and the rest of the Phoenix metro easier.

    I'd hate to see these HOA fees

      $125 per month

      Note that is MORE than EastMark. 😮@@ArizonaDreamin

      @ArizonaDreamin  Месяц назад

      Slightly more, yes. Not going to be as many homes at BR so it's going to be a bit higher since they can't spread the cost out quite as much.

      @@ArizonaDreamin that makes sense. Hadn't thought of it that way. I equate HOA to value I receive as a homeowner. Clearly the value winner in these 2 belongs to EastMark.

      I would agree. Eastmark is the better location and will still offer more overall. But BR *should* go up in value quite a bit as more and more development starts filling in around it.

    The AZ land bank a few years ago sold a large plot of land south east of there that is the size of chandler, mesa and Gilbert combined.
