[Materials]
1 bag of soft tofu (350g), 4 tablespoons of all-purpose red pepper seed oil, 50g of zucchini, 100g of oyster mushroom, 2 cups of water (400ml), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of green onion, white stem, half of cheongyang pepper, half of red pepper, 1 egg
[Meat base ingredients]
120g of pork neck, half a tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine, 1 to 2 pinch of salt
[Seasoning Materials]
Half a tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, half a tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of kimchi soup (50 ml)
*The measurement is based on rice spoons.
*One cup is 200 ml.~
[How to make]
1. Cut soft tofu into 1.5cm thick pieces and drain on a strainer for 30 minutes.
2. Put 120g of pork neck in a bowl, half a spoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine, and 1 to 2 pinch of salt and mix.
3. Add half a tablespoon of red pepper powder, one tablespoon of sesame oil, half a tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1/4 cup of kimchi soup (50ml) to make the sauce.
4. Put 3 tablespoons of all-purpose pepper seed oil, stir-fry the seasoned pork, then boil the zucchini, coarsely shredded oyster mushroom, seasoning, and 2 cups of water (400 ml) for a while.
5. Add the drained soft tofu, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a little bit of green onion and white stem, half of green onion, half of red pepper, an egg, and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose red pepper seed oil.
