Well no, in creative you will have the least amount of ping possible, I did make a video to lower your ping try that method maybe it might work.
Apart from that there are 7 main servers however there are servers within that are located around the whole region the closer you are the lower the ping also, the more consistent your WiFi is, use Ethernet it is better.
Otherwise, if your ping is still high learn to play with high ping.
