    This definitely LOOKS like a sprial bevel gear. However, you can't just arbitrarily cut a tooth shape and fillet the corners. That's not how a proper gear is done. If you just want something that looks like a helical bevel, this is fine, but it will never get it to mesh with a mating gear.

    these gears won't mesh, not an involute

      khelifaoui Ammar an involute curve is made by the end of a string as it unwinds from a circle, this curve is different than a circular arc that you used. An involute profile gear meshes with continuous contact between teeth at all times.

      DL704 ok, but me I used an arc to do it , without a dimension , but if you have a formul to calculat all this , it's just put it in the cotation and go ahead :)

    Are you making all the dimensions from a screenshot of a spiral bevel gear ? every dimension is supposed to be coming from equation
