Just saw this comment, sorry. I'm sure they are fairly reliable considering that they are extremely simple engines. Probably depends on how they've been maintained.

Beautiful looking little truck ya got here! My favorite I'd the 521 series Datsun/Nissan trucks however love the 620 series trucks to.
