Wonderful show, and the birds must have a good life there, bacause no bird is thinking about flying away. They are well trained and well cared for. It is necessary and worth to support this financially, and especially now in corona time. They have a good home in the zoo. 😊.

I have been to the Bird show at Dollywood, but they were all Raptors, and have visited Parrot Mtn in Pigeon Forge, TN and they have every type of parrot and raise and sell parrots. (Personally not fond of this, that someone from TX may get a baby parrot cause the kid wanted it and by the time they get home the kid is sick of it!) But it was a interesting place for a bird/parrot lover.
Um, that is one of the rarest birds of prey on the planet! There are only two locations that I'm aware of which currently have Philippine Eagles. Besides the Philippine Eagle Foundation in the Philippines, in 2019 the Jurong Bird Park in Singapore acquired a pair on loan with the understanding that they would be bred and as ambassadors for their species. I think it's also to further protect the species in case something happens to the birds in their native country. In the past, there were some zoos around the world that kept Philippine Eagles but they are all gone now decades ago. So, up until a little over a year ago the only place you could possibly go to see these birds was in the Philippines, nowhere else.
@@jamesaron1967 sorry but I live in the philippines Mindanao. The philippine eagle foundation is at davao. California has a lot of exotic birds so I thought that they have a philippine eagle

The Memphis Zoo has an interesting and fun bird show, as well. This bird show in L.A. was great! I enjoyed it.

That dollar trick is old. The bird gets a treat if it gets a dollar. Easy to train. But the bird has too be very hungry. 🥺

They have a harpy Eagle in the zoo. But no Philippine Eagle
