The new setup is great! I don't have a picture, but I also ended up like you, sorting piles of documents once in a while (usually on a Friday). What's worse now is that I don't have a lot of physical piles, but my email inbox is always full and a lot of documents needs to be reviewed on my computer. The fact that it's all on my computer kind of hides the mess but I'm sure my subconscious still knows it's all there.
Thank you so much! A good question would be…if they’ve been there so long, so you still need to review them? If yes, I suggest scheduling short periods of time to start working through them. I’m sure it feels like a mountain, so tackling it seems impossible. But start small, and overtime you’ll get better. Keep that daily or weekly habit of review and that will help you not get so behind. Also, I’d suggest pairing the activity with something you enjoy doing - like your fave coffee or drink. Or a beautiful place. Or reward yourself. Basically trick your brain into like it haha We’re discussing this topic in my Organized AF Bootcamp that’s this week! I’d love for you to join us. I haven’t used a happy planner in such a long time - now I use my own leader standard workbook, but I wonder if I have an old planner around that I can share. I LOVED using any insert that had a long to do list next to hours or the day so I could work in time blocks. :)

I would love to see a video about how you've set up your happy planner!
