Can you complete a mission, then do it. The next thing to spend you bar points in is always better than having it fill up and do nothing. Same goes for mor bar fill rate. But it also depends on yout account: just unlocked w4, do the easy ones and then stop, also some missions require you to be in higher worlds, so can't say without knowing you account and lvl

WIth the "no prayers" thing in gaming, is there a + to using any prayer on any character ?
Giant monsters don't spawn if you have that prayer equipped. Might as well equip other prayers as well at that point
