watched beginning and end.... it doesn't LOOK like she goes back to him BUT ending is oddly truncated so nothing is for sure.
She doesn’t go back to him. Her true love (ML2 in the wheelchair) dies and he (ML) meets her at his grave and tells her he’s happy to be a substitute if that’s what it takes to be in her life. It ends there. We don’t know if she goes back to him but even if she does, it’s with him knowing for the rest of their lives that he’s her second choice.
Karma for the ML. He made his wife/FL suffer so much during their marriage life. Even humiliated her by treating the evil mistress better. When he asked her to get the ring in the pool, she almost died. It didn't end there--the cruelty and the abuse (in favor of the cunning lover). It's good in the end she didn't go back to him. She realized she can only love the man in the wheelchair--bec of the goodness of his heart. Unlike the ML who only loves himself. He doesn't love the wife, it's only an obsession. He doesn't want his "plaything" to be owned by anybody.
I agree with all the comments. It's so sad how she allows so much abuse because the JA looks like her "dead" bf. In personality, common sense, and heart ❤️ the 2nd ML is the winner. Hell, even the male assistant is a better man with a heart. The ML is pure malice and avarice. He allowed too much harm and participated in it, too. When the 2nd ML comes on board, he is even disgusted by the MLs antics and can't stand him. He can't believe how the FL took the abuse and lasted that long. I'm glad the FL chose the 2nd ML, her true love. Even if she goes back to the ML for convenience, he knows he's 2nd best. It's funny how the MIL likes the DIL but doesn't like the mistress. It seems ironic. I still don't believe the ML suffered enough for all the harm and near death experiences the FL suffered.
To be fair to ML, it’s implied that FL trapped him into the marriage and refused to divorce him. The humiliation and abuse is partly to force her into giving him a divorce.

Ese final no debió ser así, ella debería quedarse con el chico que siempre amó, el de la silla de ruedas que no le importo salvarla dos veces a costa de su propia vida. Su ex merece estar solo, la humilló como quiso y nunca le dió amor, como todos estás clases de dramas se dan cuenta que realmente están enamorados después de permitir la humillación el maltrato y para completar a casi terminar el drama para no dar oportunidad de un final verdadero y digno.
Eu já assisti todo o final foi cortado. Mas passa 1 ano depois e ele vê o ex indo deixar flores jo cemitério pro cara que ela gostava. E aí ele fala pra ela que a cicatriz no rosto dele já cicatrizou e ele voltou a ficar igual ao outro como se agora ele pudesse ser o substituto dele novamente

This is basically about two very selfish self serving people who literally destroy each other ....
She forces him to marry her and stays with him only because he looks like her collage boyfriend who she thought got killed.
She allows him to abuse and humiliate her because she needs to see the face of her boyfriend every day .she refuses to divorce him .
Whether he would be happy with the woman who is scamming him is uncertain ,but he does not know there is someone wanting to destroy him in the wings .
Its only when she accidentally meets her love that he realises he is in love with her but its too late .
Although she never spent his money she abused him too ...feeding him food that her love liked always making sure that face is kept the same .
Despite his cruelty you have to feel sorry for him he has two women who do not really love him but stay with him for different reasons .
I havent got to the end yet but it seems she will, because of the death of her love go back to him .
So he loses anyway ,comments have already pointed out he will always be 2nd best .I agree too that the assistant had more humanity and integrity than he ever did.
Not a very nice drama but it is well acted and alas the only decent character was the old love in the wheelchair.

Se llama el espejismo del amor la encontré en una app, pero es de paga y no sabía que tenía un final inconcluso quería saber si eran hermanos gemelos porque son idénticos.
Ella es la culpable de que el amigo sea atropellado, se queda como un pasmarote imberbe parada en medio de la carretera como di tuviera cero 🧠, cualquiera se hubiese dado cuenta por las gesticulaciones y gritos del muchacho que tenía que apartarse 😠.

Wow she married him cuz he looks exactly like the person she loved in school then he disappeared & she couldn’t find him.
