@@yoteslaya7296 I got two absolutely fantastic mountain maples about 2ft high grown in shallow plant pots at a super reasonable price. Even better than a garden centre for mass grown stuff.
The amount of mature trees that you can fall in love with though….you may be better off just enjoying the site than having the idea of leaving with one 😂 still wonderful to see them nonetheless

Those pots he made were really nice, I like the hexagonal pot and the oval pot with the rock texture on the outside the most, they were quite beautiful. 👍👍
I was wondering if Lilac could be used, I love Lilac I have several of them in my yard, I might have to pull a sucker plant out and see if I can give it a go.

Hi Peter, I'm about 4-5 years into practicing bonsai, you've been a great inspiration to me in getting started in a hobby that I've had a great intrest in since the karate kid films from the 80's. I've been into horticulture since my childhood but never turned my hands to growing and keeping bonsai , i havest as many seeds as i can from various trees and shrubs from my central London neighborhood and lucky enough to have a garden, im particularly proud of producing cuttings from a 12yr old teatree bonsai that i was was gifted as a Christmas present 3-4 years ago. Thank you for your video's and your books 😊

I wish there was a nursery like this I could go to near me. I'm in the U.S and started some trees from seed. Out of 84 or so seeds I've got six successful plants which I feel like is a low ratio lol. I need to work on my seed starting. It's been a lot of trial and error, especially because in the high desert where I am the summers are scorching, so I ended up damaging them trying to harden them off too early. They're inside recovering under an LED light instead. If there was a nursery like this near me you probably wouldn't be able to get rid of me, I'd be there all the time! Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge and experience, it helps me learn as I go.
