UPSC should act fairly about Indian languages Hindi,Tamil,Gujrati, Telugu etc.

During my CA Orientation Training (conducted by ICAI), we were a batch of 50. And 5 or 6 students didn't know English. They were from Hindi background. They were very under-confident among English knowing majority in the batch. I used to feel very sorry for them.
Prelimsu and mains Question paper in hindi translation gives hindi medium students ahead of other regional language students.. What about that? Even english comprehension is in hindi😮
State promotes hindi . So
Insanity. At a time when we have the technology to translate languages in real time, why would we suppress cultural diversity like this?

An prestigious exam like UPSC where nations elite are selected, where IAS,IPS andIFS which involves studying of foreign language or one of indian one as mandatory based own option. Should at the very least be willing to learn english as an additional language. if not how can on have any expectation of learning the language of his or her placement.

learning language is not process of 1 to 2 month its take time to learn any new language okkay and second thing not eveyones fanancial conditions are not good that why their parents send thier child in hindi or any regional language school dont be rude bro
