Wow for Mexico that is really expensive $615,000 Canadian - too much. I heard that non Mexicans can NOT owned the land their condo is on along the water and going way into the land off shore. There are other bad restrictions as well. Be super careful people buying in Mexico - just be "careful" that means read every word, ask questions and then hire an consultant plus a lawyer. I have heard of horror stories and know the people who lived through them. Real estate agents are some of the ones you can not trust as they just want a sale so they will not tell you what you need to hear. Rent in the building or close to it and watch and keep an eye on everything going on around the condo building day and night. And one more thing do NOT buy a time share!!! My nephews got involved in this business and it is really not good.
I agree I live in PV since Nov 2021 now renting in Nuevo and start the build the house in Nov. I agree condos are high in my personal opinion it's more reasonable to purchase a lot then build. More reasonable per square meter than purchase a condo.

You lied it's nothing cheap to live in Mexico a rent you said was2,000 dollars that's not cheap
Mexico is NOT cheap anymore at all BUT I hear if you go to other smaller towns elsewhere it is better still not great but better.
