I like to make calls and texts with a watch when it's convenient. Why are people bothered by that? Samsung makes watches that do things I like, and I appreciate it. This watch has its place, but more features make anything better. Yet there are always people complaining about smartwatches that can do more things. I'd buy this for my little brother though.
That's why I got the Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 over the Galaxy Watch series. I just wanted a watch that could track my steps, sleep and notifications because my phone is always on silent.
Well, some of the functions from the Galaxy watch are used by people who can't always handle their phone. Why can't we just accept that people have different requirements, instead of saying "I don't know why...."?

Answer: No. The Galaxy Watch and the Fit3 have different functions the latter is more for sports and outdoor stuff, the former is more of a dress watch/ extension of the smartphone.
Dont't forget that Samsung watches started off rectangular back in like 2013. I want to say about 2 years before Apple came out with their 1st smartwatch.
@@franciscoayon9470 I remember that. The 1st one was ugly but the gear 2 was actually nice. I also wondered why they never tried a front facing camera on a watch. I never video chat, but I think I would on my watch.
@wesman6445 yeah ik,like the fit 3 it looks nice honestly,they could of gone with a similar design or even similar to the gear 2 and kept the camara and so but idk what samsung thought,I like rectangular bcuz it's just nicer and apps look better,the round design cuts every app I use,snapchat,whatsapp,youtube,roku smart home and the list goes on,I feel rectangular would fix those issues
same. I never thought to wear smart band for all kind of activities but this device really helpful for outdoor or gym exercises and also help me to reduce watch time on smartphone
Only thing missing is an option to listen to music or calls. I like the design of it, i dont like the shape of samsung or apple watches. I think its the perfect shape. I know nobody wants to hear two ppl talking on the phone or either the conversation happening is private but i am not ashamed to admit that i have used my watch many times to pick up calls while having my lunch and while driving too and i dont want to touch my phone and ruin the cover or i dont want to fumble looking for my phone when driving too (obviously dangerous). I dont know why my men counterpart hates smart watches 😅.
Sleep tracking stopped working after less than on week in my case. Which was especially annoying because it lacked the information obtained during a weekend for some analysis and interpretation, and then broke exactly on Saturday.
This is the best product i ever experienced. It has everything I need. For everything else, I need a smartphone. Only downside is that it's compatible with only samsung phones. Else its the best thing out there if you own a samsung phone.

I almost lost it. I though Samsung was trying to make square watches like apple but its just like a big Fitbit
