@@brunoverasferreira6263 draven's ult will go on globally yes, but it has always turned around upon hitting an enemy champion at least since I been playing in season 4

Hey...I saw that Singed strategy just few days ago (well something similar). Minishcap have the theory that Singed can't beat the Taimo, so its better do that weird gank in mid (He did it with 0 CS and level 1)
You weren't even getting camped. Viego came top once and Singed has been farming/playing Batman the whole time. You were just too afraid to push so you called that "camping"

Singed can't really beat anyone in conventional early phase, so you are FORCED to be off-meta madlad on this champ.
