You should be able to down load a sleep app & it will track your sleep too. I love mind. My battery only lasts a day. I charge mine while I’m in the shower & it’s usually fully charged.

I have a horrible time with earphones and earbuds hurting my ears. I finally figured out that I have to use the ergonomic earbuds for children because my ears are so small. I ordered some from Temu, I’m just waiting for them to arrive. I will let you know how they feel and work. 😊
