Kamen Rider Build has been an amazing Rider series, and today I'm going over the path it has taken up to its first episode, and then giving my review.

I agree with you that some plot twist was really easy to see coming like Sento being Katsuragi but If you were like me and never looked at the toy scans and the previews many plot twist remained. However to be fair I could easily ignore them because I binged watched the show up like episode 43 (which was the latest episode at that point).
That’s true, it’s also why I might stop viewing episode teasers for all of Zi-O. I started doing it for the end of Build and it worked out well.!
I LOVE Build overall. The armor designs are cool(for the most part.)
Yeah some of the plot twists were predictable but that doesn’t make them any less surprising. Sento himself is a fun guy and I like watching his interactions with his friends and enemies. The heroes are great, it had some of the best Dark Riders I’ve seen, and watching Sento unravel the conspiracy of his true identity and the secret of Pandora’s Box is a thrill ride. And of course everything about Ryuga.
Overall this show is my favorite with Build and Cross being my favorite riders.
Yeah I do agree the plot recycles at some point and seriously, Cross-Charge looks like Kamen Rider Toothpaste. But those are nitpicks for me.

I kinda wish Misora had a rider form and became a big conflict. A little like Poppy.
Misora was looking for a Build Driver in episode 46. If Grease hadn’t taken it, maybe we would’ve seen Kamen Rider Misora!
thomasjujube there was a case in Hyper DVD when Misora took Sento’s driver and tried to use it
iirc, misora initially geared towards to more active role in the series. but when Vernage's voice actor was seriously sick at that time so Toei forced to scrap the idea

Doesn't get pointed out much, but one of my favorite scenes in the series is after the team learns of Grease's death, everything was quiet. No sounds but the howling winds of the black holes, yet you can see everyone torn in anguish and rage at the news. Then Evolt nonchalantly comes walking up to the team and simply says "Yo." Everything goes quiet again, until the rage boils over within Sento as he screams out Evolt's name. The acting in this series has been some of the best I've seen in toku shows over the years.
Anyone else realize how grease was the most effective rider since he manages to match up with most of the other rider but he didn’t get a power up until near the end

I give Build a standard rating but for my distastes:
-Gentoku being Build's cheap Kuroto Dan. Preferred Gentoku as a villain.
-Genius didn't fully delivered. Thought he utilize most of the Fullbottle powers similar to Kiwami Arms weapons, but no.
-Scenes that make me say "Really?" The buildup of Kamen Rider Evol's debut & When Evol destroys the government base, Build pretty much stood there.
Dishonorable Mention:
Cross-Z Charge design (That's right I said it!)
I see nothing wrong with it, must be a sucker for blue. It's comparable to Baron Lemon Arms.
if its the same as kiwami arms the n fans are going to complain since its not original.

also, another really moment, when Build Genius beat the shit out Evol, de-henshin him, but then just let him walk away.... I was like... wtf?
Gentoku was fine as a hero.
I love Kamen RIDER build it was my first Kamen RIDER U watched
Personally, Gentoku has the best potential to be a great character. From night rogue to rogue (an awesome looking suit). He did the wrong things for the fairly right reasons. What I hate is how his character changed to be a looney one (Breado) after the death of his father. That doesn't make any sense at all. Cos of that, his death wasnt impactful at all. A wasted potential.
It wasn't, Gentoku was still a greate character, and has that tshirt thing XD
This show, in my opinion..... is damn AWESOME! Oh my god, I love the characters and plot twists. Also, the suits are just radical. There was not even a single suit I didn't like, other than him having so many damn forms but it was understandable. Man, the humour in this show is perfecrly balanced with the seriousness.

Build was an amazing show. I love the ending so much. The final battle was just like ex aid where instead of the final form they go back in time and used their base forms and the first ever build rider kick to end things. The deaths were sad the utsumi cyborg thing in their commentary was cool as well. Overall build is amazing. I don't know about other people but for me it's 9/10. If genius looked better and was invicible like muteki it would have bee a 9.5. If the plot twists were stronger then 10. The plot was amazing as well. But because a lot of people have experience with plot twists they can just sorta expect it Nevertheless Build is amazing and it is my no. 1 rider show right now.

Robot in Grease Burrrrrah. Build was my first Karmen rider. The pacing was wild, by 15 I was surprised it was 49 episodes.

Cross-z charge is have potential for good design if they change the jelly color, shoulder pad, and stupid dragon head armor.

i have a kamen rider theory: Now before any of you report me for shitposting hear me out. First according to the height of a Minion (which is 3.5 feet on average) Gru is 4 minions tall, which means he is a godly size of 14 feet tall. Second if any of you remember the original Despicable Me, you Know there is a scene when Vector kidnaps the three girls and shoots a series of heat-seeking misses at Gru, he then dodge them all. According to the speed of an average ballistic missile (1900 mph) and the size of the missile according to his ankle size, Gru can perceive and move at such a speed that the missiles only move 9.5 miles per hour, 0.5% of their original speed. Plus after this Gru punches a shark and it is paralyzed meaning its spine is probably shattered, to remind you it would require a force greater than 3,000 newtons to fracture the spine. That’s equal to the impact created by a 500-pound car crashing into a wall at 30 miles per hour. I rest my case.

This is a Best Match for a person's first Rider show. Though, you might wanna save this one for a later watch, since its execution is so fresh.

@@thomasjujube I don't hate the build forms in fact I actually love the forms there unique,different,and creative my problem with them is that there are SO MANY FORMS and build only use is a had full of them in fact some some of these we never see like unireaser,turtlewatch,beetlecamrea,dogmic these forms are never seen or made in show there only ganbarizing exclusive forms and really hate that 😡

Just finished build Yesterday.....some character deaths made me cry so much that it made my pillow so wet

This season has some amazing fights but the story was way too repetitive new powers almost every episode and the pandora box was literally just hot potato one episode after another

I like Build, however...the series got a bit too convuleted when it was revealed that Ryuga had alien DNA, then there was the face-swapping, then Misora's powers and Evolt. I lost interest in the series.
