One of those hunts everyone hopes to get at least once a year the type that leaves you speechless at the end of the day you sit back and smile it’s what we all strive for and you know that when it happens it’s what’s going to fuel that fire all year long till the next one excellent job Elliot I’ll be watching this one few times 🦆
What a hunt. Both dogs are fantastic. Funniest part is when fumbles claimed both mallards. I couldn't stop laughing. Thanks for the videos. I love them.
I have only had about 5 days like that in my 28 yrars of duck hunting and last year i had one ...i was done 7 ducks in cali before 9am!!!! Lights out fun
22:30 that is one tiny pintail in that mixed flock. Looks like he was fresh hatched like a month ago. I've never held a pintail in hand but everything I've read says they are supposed to be a little bigger than a mallard.
Big flocks of mallards are the best! Got to shoot into biggest bunch we ever have in michigan figured just over 100 ducks and dropped 8 greenheads in 9 shots
Without that wind sailing that big group they would be feet down. Nice work. It’s hard to fool that many eyes for that long. I’m impressed. So much joy when you’re hunting the actual best spot you could be.
Hey Elliott. When I find a good spot, I usually mark it on my OnX app so that if it’s foggy or super dark I can still find it. Just something to think about so that your not struggling to find the spot you want to be in first thing in the morning.
Great video guys!! Very enjoyable seeing family and friends having a great time!! Would you mind to share the link for the blind? I couldn't see it in the description, thanks a lot!!
Elliotts mind all over the place we should move no we should stay to epic day of hunting ducks 🦆 his best vid yet when the wind was blowing 40+ n we can’t hear him talk n he made good shots at slow ducks 🦆 😂
@@FreelanceDuckHunting The best part about ur vids is ur dog , dad and other ppl that hunt with u but Elliott ur a control freak man n ur complaining over the years has just turned me off from ur channel ur the only duck hunt that screams at his dog non stop 🛑 get ur life together man but ur dad is funny I just don’t like u

@@FreelanceDuckHunting I remember groups like that and even larger, up to 200 or so birds around here about 30 years ago. They closed up a few nearby refuges and the DNR even confirmed the flyway is shifting more towards the Mississippi and also to over Lake Michigan so we are now very much in the lull area here in Southeastern Wisconsin. Sucks but it is what it is and will most likely never see birds like we used to ever again around here at least. We never used to see mallards out on lake Michigan but now you can not go down to the shoreline without seeing mallards everywhere at nearly any time of year. They just opened up a open water zone out there last year so at least now people can get out there and get some birds but you need the right equipment and boats for that type of huge water hunting.
Awesome video but can’t help but notice fumbles needs a paint job on his gun lol #rattlecan but hope y’all had a awesome Christmas and a happy new year
That was a nice hunt. Haven't had one of those yet this year, but they are sure nice when you have it dialed in and the weather and birds all work perfectly. Great job.
Thank you very much, they definitely get there pin tails for the spring meeting season but they often times don’t start showing those until later in the winter
@@grantmason25 you have zero Empirical data to back that up. It’s nothing but speculation on your part. The idea that we should not shoot at good sized flocks in Kansas because you Southern boys have an opinion based purely on speculation seems absurd to me.
Aswome hunt guys I live in North Florida just killed my first pinny drake this year aswell as a stud woodie we don't get them like yall do but we make do lol
I find myself coming back and watching this video almost every week or so. Just so entertaining to watch.

Probably the best duck hunting video I’ve ever seen. From working the dogs to letting the birds work and finish! Excellent job 🦆💪🏼

My favorite video of the year so far. Golden and Fumbles together to boot. Great footage, I love to watch ducks locked up against the wind.
This is why we get up in the mornings even if we don’t want to.
Awesome hunt dudes! The Pintails were look'n sweet!
Incredible video Elliot! That was some of the best footage I've ever seen. The Assassin was killing it too, in both your shooting lanes to boot 😂
Thanks Thomas! That’s my favorite part of the video. He kills both drakes starting with the one on my side. Then has no shame about it. Hahaha

WOW! What an unbelievable hunt, love to see it
That pintail at 22:30 looked like it had a huge sprig.
You guys sure do shoot well!! Nice Job!!
Thanks Don! It’s pretty easy to shoot well when you get them in close!
See this is what I’ve came to Kansas for 3 different times! 😒

That was amazing!

Nope there was not 40 in that group, there was 43. 😁

Hunt is Epic 👍👍
Hunt in Eastern Washington and it’s pretty sweet
Awsome video nice shooting!!!👍👍
What is the name of that time in the beginning of the video
Never Have I Found - Josh Garrels
Savor that one, guys.
Man, you shot a pintail.... without a pin! Look at him, this drake is without tail! (10:32)
This is not uncommon earlier in our season. Pintails Often do not develop there long tails until December and January.
I wonder maybe they have them only in the spring? I meal PINs in their tails...

Shooting one duck out of groups of 30. Thanks for educating that entire group!

What call do you use ? I use a Jj lares but I really like the sound of your call. Might do a switch
As good as it gets!
Where yall huntin at? I'm stuck down south with all em wood ducks and we need some greenheads!

14:30 "oh my gosh"....turn camera to a definite "oh my gosh moment". I would have likely used different words though. :)
Add a extra hen on the limit for the mojo that got shot lol
