Recipe and ingredients:
Cut 1 zucchini into slices
Salt
Stir and let rest for 15 minutes
olive oil
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side
Chop 1 small onion
Fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes
Dice 1 tomato
Fry for 2-3 minutes
3 eggs
salt pepper
Beat the eggs
Pour into the pan
Place flatbread on top
Cover with a lid and fry for 5-7 minutes
Flip the pancake over
Grate 100 g of cheese
Leave 30-50g of cheese left
Chop up some iceberg lettuce
Place fried zucchini on top
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Cover and fry for 2-3 minutes
Fold the pancake in half
Everything is ready!
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
Chop dill and spring onions
1 clove of garlic
A pinch of chili flakes
Mix
