I can completely relate to the nervousness of speaking a new language (I'm Finnish and living in The Netherlands). But if this makes you feel any more comfortable you are speaking SO WELL & your accent is super good. So hopefully that will give you more confidence while continuing on your Finnish journey ;) love x
your learning Finnish is on really good track, maybe you learn it same way as Finnish kids do so you will become perfect on same speed than your kids do. Your pronouncing is on top better than usual foreigners. Trying to use it more yourself sure will speed up your progress a lot.

I don't know finnish but I heard it from time to time on TV (I'm a Dudeson fan and a Formula 1 fan so I heard finnish from the Dudesons, Kimi Raikkönen, Mika Häkkinen etc.) but you're the first person I have ever heard that made finnish sound cute and joyful and that's the biggest compliment i can give you :)

I think your finnish pronouncing is so good. Like SO good. I know it's easier said than done, but I don't think you should be stressing about speaking finnish, because you're nailing it! I'm also scared of saying something wrong in other languages, but in reality that's the way you learn. Puhut suomea todella hyvin!

I´ve been lucky to have the opportunity to teach my interested fellow colleagues some Finnish, many of them are fluent these days. Few of them appraised my way of correcting their mistakes, even though it can be annoying as well. Little arguing also makes good friends afterwards :)

wait shes mexican? bro im half mexican and half finnish her accent is good ive lived there for 5 years and i know its pretty difficult to learn tje language without proper teaching of the language. My dad is mexican he lived the same amount of time as me there and he barely knows how to say snything, but he has learnt to understand certain words so he sometimes knows what im talking with my friends and mom. I'm very impressed. Also the problem with learning finnish is that most Finns speak quite good english, so it's easier to switch to a common language. But i strongly encourage to bravely speak finnish with the natives, your efforts will be respected and rewarded.
