I tried this tonight Madhura. It was very flavourful, wakes up your taste buds. I was getting impatient so I did not add the tadka at the end :) I enjoyed it with plain rice. The addition of just a tsp or two of ghee in the tempering makes it really special and delicious. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
