i made lemon pepper chicken thighs, seasoned with garlic and onion powder, put some chicken stock in the roasting pan to help it a lil bit, and chinese fried rice that i made homemade (also used chicken stock for that, seasoned the rice with garlic powder, onion powder, and pink himalayan salt) it turned out soo good and i put some butter on the skin... girlllll.... 💕 you sound so fun id love to hang out with you, bahaha.
We must be kin because we use thighs 💯 some people don’t like them or say they’re cheap.. but, in this economy thick thigh are saving lives! Lol plus breast are a hit and miss. It’s so easy to make them dry.
I made these tonight. Absolute fire. My family loved them on Christmas eve eve. My wife said it was too hot, but she's a northern white girl. Both my kids didn't complain. They grew up in Texas where spice is mandatory. I don't understand why Karen can't understand spice and season. Keep up the good work.

I love your happiness, this is really easy to cook. This brought back memories years ago. Campbell's soup had this meal in a box, you just add chicken, the meal had rice and lemon herbs. I'm going to do this and add rice. It might not ba as good as yours ❤️
