In the company I work, they do not hire Devops without at least 2 years in another IT role. I don't know any example of getting a Devops job in 6 Months. Why would a company put such trust in an inexperienced professional? Also,it is a highly paid area so why hire a person with low qualification? So probably click bait to sell course or mentoring.

Well this is the sad reality in most IT related Jobs. Work balance for me starts with prioritizing tasks in order of priority and then keeping track of your time.
You should have a to-do list daily. Else you'll always be in between activities
