I bought replacement velcro for the Orbot and cut it down and glued on my Oreck driver. It seems to work rather well and the Tuways work the best on it. I also have some TRS Glad pads and they seem to stay on well and clean well. Microfibre pads work quite well too but the velcro does choke up with fibres after a while and must be cleaned off. I did a short video a few weeks ago showing myself pulling the fibres out and it will work well for a while. I haves some velcro ordered from the encap store so I will try that next and see if it stands up any better. Too bad Oreck doesn't have a better system.
Yes it works without the slots. But on stairs I need it to not get bunched up under and rip the towel, so by tucking the corners in It holds them on much better. Thanks for commenting Hal ❤️ glad you participate.
Like the way you think. I'm going to put velcro were you put the nail polish and see if it will hold the corners.
