While working on the radiator of the semi today, I found I only had a ratcheting stubby wrench in 11mm so I will have to get one in regular ratcheting wrench too. I learned alot in 2 days so far and always wanting to learn more.
Hell yeah brother, keep it up. I prefer to buy the sets just so I dont have to wait if I need one. Almost 2 years here, full 56". Tekton is a phenomenal brand with their hand tools. High quality tool, food pricing imo. Matco is fair at some things. I dont recommend snap on much other than their wrenches and sockets.
I had heard of these tools before but thought nothing of them, but now I really want one of those 3/8 drive ratchets 😆 your review of them has inspired me to go ahead and order one lol cheers Clay 🤟🏻
The universal joint is an interesting design. The two pins that hold the separate parts together are inline with each other, this prevents it from jack knifing.
I've a few makes and model's of tools from Japan.. koken being one brand Sek another etc the make great tools in japan hands down. every bit as good as USA mead if not better.. glad to see your liking tool's besides USA mead
I think it would be cool to do a comparison video between the Nepros 3/8 Flex head, MATCO, MAC and Snap-On. Nepros definitely has an awesome chrome finish and one hell of a presentation.
Gonna start looking into nepros. Can’t wait to compare to Snapon ratchet. Snapon solid and swivel long are my go to but also love me extra long comfort grip 120xp gearwrench swivel heat ratchet. Can’t wait to get my hands on another high quality ratchet
Hate to say it, but the Japanese engineering is far ahead of that here in the US. Most people won't admit it. Of course we aren't implying price/best bang for buck.
I'm still waiting on my 1/4 drive from first video cant wait. In 3/8s looks so much sexier though, I'm going to take a break from your channel Clay or else im going to be broke haha just kidding love the content
I ordered a 1/4” flex head from nepros/ ktc . Looking forward to comparing it to my Snap-on 3/8’s ratchet. Also have a few koken tools coming from amazon Japan that I’m looking forward to playing with.
Maximizer 88 inch man look at that for your next box. I currently have a blue krl like yours with a stainless lid I picked it up off the truck 2 years ago for 9k. I love it but now it is time for more space I have looked at the epiq but the 17k price compared to the 10k tool show price of the mac maximizer made my mind up. I love them both but I feel like mac for the money gives alittle more. Whatever you get im sure you will love they are all fantastically made. Hope your week goes well from one technician to another be safe.
How are things going there??? Hope your well your poked out eye 👁 looks much better!!ha ha!! Happy that you are keeping the good content on the show keep up the good work!!!
I’m currently shopping for something similar to what you reviewed in this video. Would you also review this snap on set 222AFSMP? And if the other tool truck brands have something similar would you compare those to the snap on set.
That is one nice 3/8 ratchet, it looks superior to my 3/8 snap on 😂. It doesn’t cost that much more. It looks so nice that it would break my heart see scratches on it so I’ll pass. I stick with snap on so I can beat on it
Those Nepros Ratchets are so sexy they should be x rated just saying. How close are these ratchets in all around goodness of being your go to? Because we all know how much you like your 3/8dr Matco.
I truly love them. I still love my Matco locking flex head comfort grip but these are just a different type of ratchet. They are super smooth with almost no back drag and the chrome is nothing short of amazing. I used this ratchet last week on a transmission service and I really like it.
Hey Clay, sorry but you can keep the Nepros tools. That 3/8" kit sells for $650.00 - $1000.00 on Amazon in Canada. They look nice but not worth that kind of money.
I’m apparently allergic to chlorine now, as I grow older the list of things I’m allergic to grows longer it seem. I used to not have any issues with it but all of a sudden I do
I think these are for people that want an even prettier tool than snap on. Hazet are meant to be used, the nepros you cry if you drop it and set it on a rag...if you use it at all.
There priced the same as snap on, maybe a little cheaper. How much do you think snap on would charge for a small 3/8" set like that in a fancy box. I bet about $350. Although expensive as hell but not as bad as snap on fucks us.
The sad part is the Snap On would cost much more. I priced the 1/4” set from Snap On and they wanted $600 for it. These tools are in a different league than snap on by far
Nepros makes a wood handled ratchet. It's straight the dopest dope like truly (OG)

@@themindofjohn4346 what would you recomend for pocket light?
@@justinsmet I personally like streamlight stylus pens. I think matco sells them for around 50-100, but try napa they usually have them cheaper.
I had heard of these tools before but thought nothing of them, but now I really want one of those 3/8 drive ratchets 😆 your review of them has inspired me to go ahead and order one lol cheers Clay 🤟🏻
Thanks for sharing these remarkable Japanese tools with the world! Sorely tempted to buy the full 3/8 set and the wooden grip drivers!
The universal joint is an interesting design.

Beautiful ratchet, great review as always. Would love to see some Wright reviews from you as well.

Nice ratchet Clay. Always enjoy when you review new tools.
I’m getting excited for Snap-on Friday 🔧🧰
Ooooooooh yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
👍🤙

Great video These are interesting tools. I like the weird o-ring on everything. Keep these nepros videos coming.
looks like snap on has some competition those nepros tools are so nice
They are beautiful tools & the presentation are awesome...love them tools..great video 😷👍
Wow!!! That Nepros set looks like something that belongs in a garage for a Ferrari!! Amazing intro as well!! Cheers!
Thank you! I appreciate the compliments.

I have. Few half inch drive, 3/8th inch drive and their wooden screwdrivers, love them
Hate to say it, but the Japanese engineering is far ahead of that here in the US. Most people won't admit it. Of course we aren't implying price/best bang for buck.
@Jon Doe it’s superior over here. Including Japanese vehicles.
I will get that flex head ratchets, seems like nice Man jewlery.
Wont lie, they look incredible. Cant personally justify the money for how few sockets they put in there. But I appreciate the review, brother.
Those Japanese sure know how to make nice tools .
Look kids there goes Ratchet man keep up the great job 🔧🔧🔧🔧
I'm still waiting on my 1/4 drive from first video cant wait. In 3/8s looks so much sexier though, I'm going to take a break from your channel Clay or else im going to be broke haha just kidding love the content
Lol tell me about it. Same here man. “New Knipex”. Gotta order them. “New Matco blue handle”. Got order that. 😂
I ordered a 1/4” flex head from nepros/ ktc . Looking forward to comparing it to my Snap-on 3/8’s ratchet. Also have a few koken tools coming from amazon Japan that I’m looking forward to playing with.
ENGINEER Japan has awesome linemen style pliers that are good for stripped low pro screws too. Fit and finish is amazing.

Close your eyes. Imagine a chunky Al Gore reviewing tools. BOOM! Can't unhear that, can ya? lol Great review, thx!
Lots of Land Cruisers built at Arakawa with Kyoto tools! ;)
I just got my nine inch long 3/8 flex to go along with my 13 inch 3/8 version
good video. great review a little on the higher price end, but they look very good.
Amazing video
I’m currently shopping for something similar to what you reviewed in this video. Would you also review this snap on set 222AFSMP? And if the other tool truck brands have something similar would you compare those to the snap on set.
Those looks fancy an really nice but I'm spoiled I gotta have comfort grip anymore.... but they look nice for sure
These with a comfort grip would be awesome
Would like a review on sockets don't currently have any was waiting to see how someone else liked them.
I used them Monday and they are fine. Fit really well.
That is one nice 3/8 ratchet, it looks superior to my 3/8 snap on 😂. It doesn’t cost that much more. It looks so nice that it would break my heart see scratches on it so I’ll pass. I stick with snap on so I can beat on it
If you ever feel one of these you will but one. There’s no comparison
They say snapon makes the Cadillac of ratchets . then Nepros is the Ferrari of them
That’s right
Nice video and explination
Snap on =💩 the quality has dropped
I've been looking at ktc stuff and Impressed
How do these compare to snap on ratchets. How do their wrenches compare to snap on or proto
Too bad that flex head is free floating. Detents or locking would be nice. Looks nice though. It's cool to see the metal box.
I agree, if they were locking I would buy one right now
How are the sockets grip the bolts look very nice I'm interested in them
I used them on one job and they seem fine fit very well
@@KoonTrucking thanks
What the warranty going to be like
Lifetime. Email them and receive your replacement or the parts

Can you not purchase it off Nepros website ? It’s not that high as you see in the video both the set and the long ratchet was $400 us
Who gave you the black eye?
Wiped his face with a towel that had bleach on it when he was sweeting if I recall he stated in his last live video
I’m apparently allergic to chlorine now, as I grow older the list of things I’m allergic to grows longer it seem. I used to not have any issues with it but all of a sudden I do
Nice , but your break that thing do they send a truck out with other one on it , no . I will stick to my snap on and matco
Buy American Made!
I’m guess that phone your typing on or the computer is American made ? Come on man get real.
Pull ya head in old mate
Is your head up your ass for the warmth?.
I like the nepros ratchets but their not any better than the hazet hiper 90 ratchets
Nepros have the fancy chrome unlike the hazet rougher satin chrome but there is an old saying shiny chrome don't get you home
I think these are for people that want an even prettier tool than snap on. Hazet are meant to be used, the nepros you cry if you drop it and set it on a rag...if you use it at all.
Brand name should be called 'high roller'.....im in the market for the brand 'blue collar'
For the difference in price between it and say a snap on, There isn’t much
@@KoonTrucking that's for fuck sure 🤑
Price is higher than hell
And they don't even have a tool truck coming every week to give you a new one if it breaks
nuclear explosion Exactly
