    I know this video is a bit different than normal, but I wanted to give you guys a true representation of all the hands you’re dealt at a poker table (especially for those who don’t have much poker experience)
    Best of luck at the tables everyone!

    • @eshootziscrs2868
      @eshootziscrs2868 Год назад +2

      Really liked the video.
      In the AQ hand. Because you're sizing will be larger, four or even five x. Your range is very narrow, AA/6 7 suited. Hands like AQ off suit might not play well since they fold hands they have equity against and get called or raised by both better and bluffs. Nice session, well played. Entertaining and great commentary on your decisions.

    • @BrantzenPoker
      @BrantzenPoker  Год назад +1

      @@eshootziscrs2868 hm I still think AQ is a pretty standard 3b from SB vs BTN, and I try to keep my sizings consistent no matter what hand I’m raising with. But of course these are just my own opinions and I don’t think there’s only one right way of playing poker

    I can appreciate these types of videos just as much as a video of highlight hands. Primarily because they show casual poker fans what a session really is like. Where we fold maybe up to 70% of hands in a given hour. The game can truly be a grind at times.

    4:20 if you search the tube for Aces Cracked they are a repeated theme. They do give a false sense of security for amateurs, it's when you watch the pros that you see them getting folded. So I've got a question for you about this hand Bratz. If you slow played this hand would you have folded it or jammed the river? And do you ever slow play the bullets for variance?

      For me - I 3bet quite aggressively as is, so it wouldn’t make sense to slow play my big hands preflop. So I don’t slow play preflop in general.
      If this pot were a single raised pot, especially if it were multi-way, I wouldn’t be looking to balloon the pot to try to get stacks in on this board. I’ve often found folds with aces, especially facing aggression in multi-way pots
